I need some decorating help for a certain spot in my house. On the upper level at the end of the hall it looks like this:
It is pretty cool. You may wonder what the problem is? Well….. the view from the railing is this:
Down, down, down to the main level. Like I said, it’s pretty neat. But the kids like it a little too much. They are always standing yelling down. I’m glad they are having fun but it scares me. Those white rails are a little too loose for my liking. We don’t own the house so we can’t do anything cosmetic. I wanted to put a small chest of drawers there but it wouldn’t fit because of the closeness of the bedroom drawer. The only thing I can think of is the world’s skinniest bookshelf! haha.
Help! I need some ideas.
